KeyResponsibilities:
Participate in and lead various phases ofarchitectural projects, including design development, constructiondocumentation, and construction administration. Ability to workcollaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment within-house disciplines and external consultants. Manage projectscope, budget, and schedule under the guidance of senior architectsor project managers. Contribute to project design through sketches,3D modeling, and development of creative, practical solutions.
Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies toensure successful project delivery. Conduct code analysis, materialresearch, and specification writing. Mentor junior staff andcontribute to a collaborative team environment. Support businessdevelopment activities through proposal input and projectpresentations, as needed.
Requirements:
Accredited ProfessionalDegree in Architecture required (Bachelor or Master ofArchitecture) 11-15 years of relevant experience required Activearchitectural license Candidate must possess both excellent designand technical skills; and be motivated to apply those skills to thedevelopment of superior architecture. Strong organizational,communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience increating interesting and engaging graphics for building designpresentations is vital. Candidates should be self-motivated,detail-oriented and thorough in their desire to provide exceptionalclient service. Some limited project related travel possible;within 400 miles Proficient in AutoCAD™ and Revit™ Proficient withMicrosoft Project, Excel and Word Substantial experience inconstruction documentation and building detailing requiredExperience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, and othergraphics programs desirable US Citizenship required
