un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Looking for a Licensed Architect – A-Series Plan Needed (Philadelphia) (Olney) ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: $3000 We’re looking for a licensed architect to help us put together an A-series architectural plan for a 3-story, 3-unit house in Philadelphia. Our budget is in the $3K-$4K range, and ideally, we’d love to work with someone open to accepting payments in installments. The building was originally a single-family home but was converted into a triplex. We’re currently renovating and found out we need a full architectural plan to get the building permit. You must be licensed in the City of Philadelphia and have all the necessary credentials to submit plans to L&I. Floor plans are attached for reference.
