Responsibilities Be the lead on a new architecture division and work on business development for new projects and clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture sector. Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to obtain new projects. Oversee and work with team members on the design and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. Create conceptual designs and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project to achieve a successful project. Project Management to oversee construction of projects to ensure clients project meets design standards and goals. Collaborate with clients, and various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets Strong knowledge and efficiency with Local, National, International Codes standards, local zoning regulations, construction trends, and practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to ensure competitiveness in the market.
