A highly respected architecture and planning firm in downtown Nashville is looking for a Project Architect to lead design and documentation for civic, commercial, and institutional buildings that shape the city and the communities it serves.
This is your chance to take the reins on meaningful public and private projects—from concept through construction—while working alongside a tight-knit, collaborative team with a reputation for excellence and long-standing client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead full project lifecycle: schematic design, design development, construction documents, and administration
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver technically sound, contextually sensitive solutions
Take ownership of project schedules, deadlines, and budgets
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of quality, collaboration, and creativity
Maintain awareness of building codes, ADA standards, and sustainable practices
What You’ll Bring:
Professional degree in Architecture
6-10 years of experience, ideally with public/institutional, commercial, or government buildings
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and architectural documentation standards
Strong design sensibility, technical ability, and a proactive approach to project management
Architectural Licensure (or active pursuit) required
