Draftsman/ Architect StoltzCo Cedar Hill, TN 37032 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect or Drafter to create drawings and plans for various projects. Responsibilities Develop and prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and plans using Revit. Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. Produce high-quality visual presentations using Lumion or similar software for client meetings or project reviews. Skills Proficiency in drafting using Revit is essential. Experience with Lumion for creating 3D models is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
