The General Superintendent will ensure safety on all projects, quality work standards, and client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding scheduled project delivery and developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients. Experience in historic restoration is preferred but not required. TTG is an award-winning full-service building rehabilitation/restoration company. We self-perform multiple trades, including all aspects of historic masonry restoration, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, painting, and more! We are an 100% employee-owned company. While our footprint has extends to three regional offices located across the Midwest, East Coast, and the South, this opportunity is offered for long term work in Nashville TN. Genera Superintendents (GS) must demonstrate a tangible commitment to safety and a general risk management mindset. The GS will be tasked with achieving company-established benchmarks and upholding the corporate culture and its values. Other requirements of the GS position include: Proficiency in understanding the drawings, specs, schedule, scope of work, and budget provided by the Project Manager. Must have a minimum of 10 years of masonry experience with preference for experience in historic masonry. Professionalism in daily communication with management, crew, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and community partners. Advanced competency with computers, including Office 365, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat, is required. Extensive knowledge of the universal type and swing stage scaffold systems and experience working on projects in downtown settings. Applicants are required to pass a background check for the Dept. of Homeland Security. Job requires OSHA 30-hour training. Overtime will be offered.
