Concrete & Asphalt Restoration Technician Position Available In Dallas, Alabama

Responsibilities:

• Concrete Finishing:

  Pour, level, edge, float, and finishsidewalks, curbs, and flatwork to spec using industry-standardtechniques.

• Demolition & Prep Work:

  Safely break and remove damagedconcrete and asphalt using jackhammers, saw cutters, and handtools.

• Asphalt Paving:

  Spread, level, and compact hot mix asphaltusing rakes, viraplates, and rollers to create clean, long-lastingsurfaces.

• Traffic Control:

  Set up and remove cones, signs, and barriersto secure restoration zones and keep team and public safe.

• Job Site Cleanup:

  Keep your area clean and organized before,during, and after every project-leave it better than you foundit.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with foremen, leads, and crewmembers to meet project timelines and maintain high-qualitystandards.

• Tool & Equipment Care:

  Properly use and maintain all tools andequipment, reporting issues and ensuring readiness for dailyuse.

Uphold Safety Standards:

Follow all company and OSHA safetyprotocols to protect yourself and your crew.

Qualifications:

• Concrete Finishing Experience
• Skilled in pouring, floating,edging, and finishing to city or project specs.
• Asphalt Paving Knowledge
• Familiar with hand-laying asphaltand using compacting tools like viraplates and rollers.
• Demolition Skills
• Comfortable operating a 90 lb jackhammer,saw cutter, and other demo tools safely and efficiently.
• Driver’s License
• Valid Class C license required; Class Alicense or permit is a major plus.
• Physical Strength & Endurance
• Able to lift 90+ lbs, work fullshifts outdoors, and handle the demands of physical labor.
• Work Ethic
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride indoing clean, complete work without being micromanaged.

• Understands and follows safetyprotocols, especially in high-traffic or active work zones.
