Parking lot maintenance:
hot asphalt pothole repair, Sealcoating striping. We are seeking a dedicated supervisor and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving heavy trucks, pulling equipment trailers. Supervisor experience. Experience in the asphalt industry This role requires the ability to work effectively with others, lift heavy objects, run a concrete saw, run a sealcoat rig, skilled line striper is a plus. Duties Drive heavy trucks/ pull equipment trailers to job sites Oversee projects, QUALITY CONTROL communicate with GC’s , delegate responsibilities to crew members. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks. Operate and maintain heavy equipment / trucks and trailers Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with crew members to meet project goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in construction, parking lot maintenance industries; sealcoating , hot asphalt paving, patching, some concrete work. Previous experience supervising a crew is preferred. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential. Ability to operate skid steers and rollers safely (certification is a plus). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
