Positions available include:

General Laborers Heavy Equipment Operators Foreman / Crew Leader This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure and road construction projects. If you are reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors with a solid team, we want to hear from you!

Open Positions & Responsibilities:

1. General Laborers Assist with paving, concrete, asphalt, and site prep Use hand and power tools Set up traffic control and safety signs Load/unload materials and clean job sites Follow crew leader instructions and safety procedures 2. Equipment Operators Operate machinery such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, compactors, and rollers Perform daily safety and maintenance checks Work alongside laborers to complete tasks efficiently Follow site plans and grade specifications 3.

Foreman / Crew

Leader Supervise and coordinate laborers and equipment operators Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Enforce safety protocols on site Communicate with project managers and document progress Assist with hands-on work when needed Requirements (All Positions): Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Positive attitude and team mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Additional for
