Asphalt, sealcoat and striping laborer Bell Asphalt Paving and Concrete inc Naples, FL 34109 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. The Laborer will have the opportunity to work with heavy machinery and contribute to significant construction projects. Must have a drivers license, clean driving record and transportation to and from shop. Responsibilities Sweeps, Shovels, rakes and compacts materials as well has other physical and mentally challenging task. Walk alongside the paver to shovel and rake areas of asphalt that require leveling. Saw cut straight lines with a concrete saw. Use and maintain a variety of hand and power tools. Must be capable of performing duties in hot climate. Work weekends and long hours if needed. Must load, unload and properly clean tools and equipment. Routinely assists other team members in different areas of projects. Move and deliver tools, equipment and materials to locations throughout the job site. Follow directions of Foreman to do daily tasks and expectations on job site. Must be able to maintain acceptable attendance in a flexible work schedule. • Participate in paving and building activities on construction sites. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties on-site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly after use. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions to supervisors promptly. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks consistently throughout the day. Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
