Paver Operator Requirements:
3-5+ Asphalt Paving experience required Leeboy Paver Experience required Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR required Residential / Community Paving Experience such as driveways, sidewalks, roads, pool decks, tennis courts, etc. Heavy Equipment Operation Experience strongly preferred

Paver Operator Responsibilities:
Operating a Leeboy paver and leading an asphalt paving crew on residential and community projects throughout the Fort Myers, FL area Responsibilities include laying asphalt, maintaining proper depth and finish, reading site plans, assisting with daily job site operations, and performing basic equipment maintenance Projects range from driveways, sidewalks, roads, and parking lots to specialty surfaces like pool decks and tennis courts which are commonly found within gated communities The role also supports oversight of all paving activities, ensuring field operations run smoothly and efficiently Ensure equipment is returned clean and in working order, ability to motivate and teach the crew members Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
