JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lute/ Rake to Straighten Asphalt Joints and for Hand Work Areas where the Paving Machine I Unable to Reach.
- Repair Mat Imperfections.
- Rectify any Deficiencies on a Project.
- Must have Eye for Quality and Ability to Communicate with Laborers when Material is Needed.
- Must be Quick Paced to Ensure the Asphalt Mat Doesn’t Cool Prior to Compaction.
- Perform Daily Maintenance on Tools and Ensure all Tools are Stored Properly at the End of Each Shift.
- Help Manage Customer and Public Expectation. Provide the Highest Level of Customer Service.
- Must be Willing to be Flexible with to Perform other Activities within the
Company:
Asphalt Patching, Grade Work, Sealcoating, and Striping.
