Position SummaryThis position includes various manual tasksassociated with the plant operations.

Responsibilities:

Understand and comply with all Company safety policies andprocedures Needs the skill of active listening. This means giving fullattention to what other employees are saying and taking time tounderstand the points being made, asking question and making sureall parties understand one and another. Must have the skill of interaction with others Keep work areas clean and neat Able to follow verbal instructions Frequent shovel use Can perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions Additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager/ PlantSuperintendent/Foreman Help around the plant as needed this is a team, we needeverybody’s help

Qualifications:

Must have 2-5 years of Heavy/Civil Constructionexperience. Must be able to follow verbal instructions. Maintain good health status and flexibility to bend, push,pull, stoop and/or twist. Must be able to perform strenuous work in varying weatherconditions.
