Asphalt Laborer S&H Paving, LLC 334 South Indiana Avenue, Englewood, FL 34223 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and honest person to join our team on various asphalt paving operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outdoor environment. We are willing to train the right person. Duties Operate paving equipment including paver, skid steer, dump truck, rollers, and loaders to assist in asphalt paving tasks. Assist in paving activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and minor repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently and safely. Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the construction site to promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred, particularly with asphalt paving equipment. But, we are willing to train the right person! Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
