Road Striper Adept Striping Co. 896 Settlers Loop, Geneva, FL 32732 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Road Striper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying road markings and ensuring the safety and efficiency of roadways. This role requires a strong attention to detail, knowledge of various equipment operations, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed. Responsibilities Operate specialized equipment for road striping, including front loader trucks and dump trucks. Perform utility locating to ensure safe operation around underground utilities. Assist in paving operations as needed, ensuring proper preparation and execution of road surfaces. Utilize backhoes, graders, and bulldozers for site preparation and maintenance tasks. Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely while adhering to all safety regulations. Follow project specifications accurately to ensure quality results in line with industry standards. Requirements Proven experience in road striping or related construction work is preferred. Familiarity with operating loaders, backhoes, graders, and other heavy machinery is essential. Ability to perform utility locating tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications for operating heavy machinery are a plus. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed.
