Asphalt Paving Superintendent
An Asphalt Paving company is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. The Superintendent will arrange the work of several paving crews and provide on-site leadership to foreman and crews. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel. 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving with stable work history
DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred
Train and mentor foreman and crew members
Experience with projects from $50K – $20M preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
