Takeuchi Operator Chafin Communities Buford, GA 30518 Chafin Communities is a residential home builder seeking a qualified individual to act as a Takeuchi operator. In this position you will drive and control a Takeuchi Trackhoe (TL10, TL12) to assist in the construction of residential homes. The preferred experience is 2+ years as a machine operator, with experience in grubbing, clearing, and/or final grade. The candidate must have knowledge of construction procedures, safety procedures, and mechanical aspects, as well as the ability to read blueprints and manuals. The ideal candidate possesses analytical skills, strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Background & Drug testing required with clear driving record.
