If you’re dedicated, skilled, and looking for a place to grow, we want to hear from you. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as skidsteers, front loaders, rollers, pavers and motorgraders. Assisting with asphalt paving operations including raking, shoveling, and working as a screw man. Prepare surfaces for paving by clearing debris and ensuring proper grading and compaction. Assist in application of asphalt materials for roads, parking lots, and other surfaces Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Prefer experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly motorgraders, pavers and rollers. Prefer familiarity with asphalt paving techniques and materials. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members.
