Summary We are currently seeking experienced asphalt paving technitions to join our team at Couch Pipeline and Grading as we expand our company as well as services we offer to our clients. This position is essential for supporting our pipeline installation and grading operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, and backhoes, pavers and rollers. Prepare and pave surfaces for asphalt applications, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Perform utility locating and site preparation activities to facilitate construction processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles preferred. Proficient in operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers and loaders. Strong understanding of construction site safety practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
