Day Labor Worker Roaring Brook Excavation Ashfield, MA 01330 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction/landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various aspects of job site projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks on-site. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. Perform tasks related to construction/landscaping using hand tools to assist operator. Operate around heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Collaborate with team members willing to learn and follow directions. Experience Previous experience in a construction environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment preferred, not essential Knowledge of wirk site safety protocols is important for maintaining a safe working environment.
