The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying sealant to asphalt surfaces, ensuring durability and protection against the elements. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets industry standards. •must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation •Duties Prepare surfaces for sealcoating by cleaning and repairing any cracks or damage. Operate sealcoating equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Apply sealant uniformly to asphalt surfaces, ensuring complete coverage. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Skills Experience in sealcoating or asphalt work is strongly preferred but not required, willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to operate machinery and tools safely. Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing for long periods and performing manual labor. Basic problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during the application process. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
