Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Seal Coating and Line Striping Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt maintenance, including seal coating, line striping, and pavement repair but it’s not required. You will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform seal coating applications on asphalt surfaces to protect and extend the life of pavements.
- Execute precise line striping, including parking lot markings, directional arrows, and other signage.
- Prepare surfaces for treatment by cleaning and repairing asphalt as needed including sand blasting.
- Operate and maintain seal coating and line striping equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Complete job reports and documentation as required.
- must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
