Coastline Contracting is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fine Grade Crew Member to join our grading team. This position plays a critical role in preparing job sites for paving and construction. If you have experience with fine grading and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fine grading using equipment such as skid steers, motor graders, and dozers Check grades using lasers and GPS systems to ensure proper elevation and slope Assist with site prep and grading tasks according to project plans and specs Maintain a safe and clean work environment Work collaboratively with the grading foreman and crew

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of fine grading experience required Strong understanding of grade checking and slope control Experience operating grading equipment Ability to read site plans and work efficiently on tight deadlines Valid driver’s license preferred
