Key Responsibilities:

Operate asphalt paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and screeds Work closely with the crew to ensure smooth, even, and accurate asphalt application Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance Follow safety guidelines and site protocols Communicate with the foreman and crew to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating paving equipment Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and job site safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Valid driver’s license preferred
