Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery including paving machines. Perform installation tasks related to asphalt paving. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition through regular inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting. Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and project timelines. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities. Assist in training new operators on proper equipment operation and safety procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in Asphalt Paving Machine. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic maintenance on machinery. Familiarity with commercial vehicle operation and regulations. Experience in concrete installation and finishing is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
