YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN EXPERIENCED ASPHALT PAVING CREW LEAD

As an Experienced Asphalt Paving Crew Lead, you’ll work a full-time schedule with hours that vary, primarily during the day. However, flexibility is essential as night and weekend shifts will be required. Due to weather constraints, longer shifts may also be necessary to ensure our projects are completed to the highest standards. In this role, you will lead your team in performing crucial asphalt repair and re-paving tasks, ensuring that parking lots and other projects are impeccably maintained. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the crew, coordinating activities, and managing team dynamics to ensure efficient operations and top-notch results. You’ll operate equipment such as skid steers, milling tools, pavers, and rollers/compactors, and handle tasks like light paving, sealcoating, and line-striping. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be key to overcoming challenges and ensuring the success of every project.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in paving and parking lot maintenance Proficiency in operating skid steers, milling tools, pavers, and rollers or compactors Hands-on experience in asphalt repair, light paving, seal coating, and line striping In-depth knowledge and experience in asphalt paving techniques and processes
