Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Asphalt Operators and Laborers to join our construction team in Rockland County, NY. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with asphalt work and the ability to operate paving-related equipment. This full-time position offers steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a range of heavy equipment including: Skid Steers Paving Box Backhoe Front-End Loader Excavator Assist in asphalt prep, paving, compaction, and finish work Perform general labor tasks on job sites Conduct routine inspections and basic equipment maintenance Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time

Qualifications:

Proven experience with asphalt work or operating heavy construction equipment Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and practices Physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Basic understanding of utility locating techniques (a plus, not required) CDL Class A license is a great plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Projects located throughout Rockland County, NY Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to different job sites
