• Job Overview
• We are seeking a skilled Working Asphalt Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Asphalt Paving, Heavy Equipment, managing his/ her team. We are looking for a self starter that can run his crew with minimal assistance. Company truck or truck allowance, Fuel card, cell phone provided . If you can run a Leeboy 8520 and make it look pretty then give us a call.
• Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high quality standards.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations on the job site
• Requirements
• Proficiency in Asphalt Road work.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
