The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction site processes. This position involves paving, building, and maintaining asphalt surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, graders, bulldozers, front loaders, and backhoes to perform asphalt paving tasks. Conduct utility locating to ensure safe excavation and prevent damage to underground utilities. Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and leveling surfaces for asphalt application. Pave roads, parking lots, and other surfaces with asphalt materials, ensuring proper thickness and smoothness. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality control, and environmental regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
