Asphalt Laborer The HR Dept LLC Dickson, TN 37055 We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Pavement Laborer with experience to join our construction crew. This role involves assisting in the preparation, construction, and maintenance of pavement projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Pavement Laborer Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of sites, ensuring surfaces are ready for paving by cleaning, leveling, and compacting materials. Work with various materials such as asphalt and concrete to pave roads, sidewalks, and other surfaces. Operate light machinery and hand tools to complete tasks as directed by supervisors. Follow safety protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a safe work environment for all crew members. Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools from trucks. Perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.

Pavement Laborer Qualifications:

Previous experience in paving is required. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual labor tasks. Familiarity with operating small machinery and basic hand tools. Strong commitment to safety and team collaboration. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
