Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a Grading Foreman / Utility Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support the construction projects and create a team environment for his crew.

Duties:

• Assist in the development of planning out construction projects.

Operate necessary heavy equipment to complete projects on time and under budget. Coordinate materials needed with the general superintendent. Ability to use gps equipment , shoot grade , setup pipe lasers etc. Ability to teach and build a solid crew

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in site work , heavy equipment and utilities
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
