Paver Operator Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR required Asphalt Paving experience required Heavy Equipment Operation Experience strongly preferred Asphalt SealCoating Experience Leeboy Operating Experience Commercial Parking lot Experience Residential Driveway Experience Must be able to lift 50 pounds Strong work ethic

Paver Operator Responsibilities:
Report to shop and dispatch to job sites Will always stay within an hour of Knoxville (No Overnight Travel). Will perform asphalt work including sealcoating on residential and commercial properties Control paving machines to push dump trucks and to maintain a constant flow of asphalt or other material into hoppers or screeds.
