Paver Operator Mid TN Constructors, Inc. 406 Santa Fe Pike, Columbia, TN 38401 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paver Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and heavy equipment operation, particularly in asphalt-related tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery on construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Qualifications Proven experience in operative paver. Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery and equipment. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and experience operating commercial vehicles. Ability to operate heavy equipment with proficiency and safety awareness. Previous experience working with asphalt is required. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs.
