Bazin Brothers Construction is hiring a seasonal grader and asphalt reclaimer operator for flexible, part-time work based on project needs. This is on-call, by-the-job work that can include full-time days when projects are active—perfect for someone who enjoys running equipment without the full-time commitment. Looking for more hours or consistency? We also have opportunities for full-time work if you’re open to helping in other areas such as general site work, trucking or operating other types of heavy equipment .

Job Type:

Part-Time / Seasonal On-call, flexible schedule Full-time days possible during active projects Option for full-time employment in other roles (trucking, labor, equipment operation)

Pay:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Responsibilities:

Operate grader and asphalt reclaimer for road and site work projects Perform routine inspections and light maintenance on equipment Work independently or with a small team to complete jobs safely and efficiently Follow company and safety procedures

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced operator (grader and/or reclaimer) Retired or semi-retired, looking for flexible and rewarding work Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player CDL is a plus, but not required Willingness to help out with other work if interested in full-time employment
