This full-time role offers varied shifts, catering to an offering of diverse work environments. Your Role The Industrial Boiler Specialist is pivotal in delivering high-quality service. You will engage in preventive maintenance and emergency service interventions, ensuring our client’s boiler systems are at peak performance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate deeply with customers to diagnose issues and implement effective strategies. Work alongside Senior Technicians in our service department while training fellow technicians. Complete detailed detailed daily activity reports. Engage in continuous professional growth through our tailored Growth Program. Provide rotational on-call support, including weekends and evenings as necessary. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of hands-on boiler industry experience. Completion of high school education. Expertise in boiler room equipment, advanced combustion testing, and positioning systems. Strong electrical proficiency and understanding of PLC systems. Ability to work flexibly, including nights and overtime when required. Must possess a valid Driver’s License. Exemplary customer service and communication aptitude. Efficient management of workload and precision in service delivery.
