The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and fabrication techniques, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality components and structures. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements. Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment to fabricate components according to design specifications. Perform construction painting, trim carpentry, and stucco work as needed. Conduct plumbing tasks as required for various projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy equipment operation. Experience in construction painting, carpentry, plumbing, tile laying, trim carpentry, and stucco application. Ability to read and understand schematics effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
