What You’ll Learn & Do:
Support skilled masons on active job sites Mix and carry mortar, stage materials, and prep work areas Learn how to cut, set, and finish brick, block, and stone Assist with cleanup and job site organization Follow directions, safety procedures, and company values Gain skills that lead to higher pay and long-term career advancement ✅
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Able to lift 60-80 lbs regularly and work outdoors in all conditions Good attitude, reliable transportation, and punctuality No experience required—but construction or mechanical aptitude is a plus 💰
