Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Brick Masonry Foreman to lead crews on residential and light commercial job sites throughout the St. Louis region . This is a union position — candidates must be willing to join Bricklayers Local 1 of Missouri if not already a member. Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants willing to move to the St. Louis area. Responsibilities Supervise and manage union bricklayers and laborers on-site Read and interpret blueprints; perform accurate layout Assign and oversee daily crew tasks Ensure quality workmanship and OSHA-compliant safety Coordinate with GCs, project managers, and homeowners Mentor apprentices and journeymen Maintain daily reports and progress tracking Qualifications Must be a member or willing to join Bricklayers Local 1 of Missouri 5+ years of hands-on masonry experience, with 2+ years in a foreman or lead role Proficient in residential and light commercial masonry practices Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

OSHA 10/30
