Specializing in medium to large-scale commercial and industrial projects, we are known for our commitment to quality, safety, and on-time project delivery. As a trusted name in the construction industry, we are expanding and looking to add a Skilled Mason to our growing team in Charlotte.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel is required Plan daily masonry tasks in alignment with project timelines and milestones Perform and oversee block, brick, and stone laying in commercial and industrial settings Ensure all masonry work meets safety codes, quality standards, and project specifications Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and subcontractors to coordinate work Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and layout plans Safely operate masonry tools and equipment, including mixers, saws, and trowels Conduct layout, leveling, and alignment of structures using appropriate tools and techniques Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all TEC Electric safety protocols
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial masonry Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents and masonry plans High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and practices Strong communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent required
