Must have SST Cards, 4 Hour Supported Scaffold, 16 Hour Suspended Scaffold + 30 Hour OSHA Cards at a Minimum. Must have Experience with Facade Restoration work including:
- Brick Replacement
- Cast Stone Replacement
- Lintel Replacement
- Waterproofing
- Stucco
- Sealant Replacement
- Through Wall Flashing
- Tuck Pointing Bilingual English + Spanish Speaking Individuals Preferred.
