MUST BE ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO US COAST GUARD BASE

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of bricklayers and masonry laborers Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Ensure safety standards and quality control procedures are followed Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Train and mentor crew members Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades

Requirements:

Proven experience as a brick mason and crew leader/supervisor Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and masonry techniques Ability to read and understand construction plans Excellent leadership and communication skills OSHA certification (preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
