As a Framer with Modular Connections, youshould be able to interpret blueprints and drawings to determinelayout of building interiors. You should demonstrate excellentproblem-solving skills, have a working knowledge ofconstruction/carpentry and be able to work as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct components and supplies aresecurely in place on interior and exterior of building o Interpretblueprint and technical drawings to install
• Measure, mark and cutdrywall panels, wallboard, etc o Patch, trim and smooth, joiningpanels, tape and plaster
• Use a variety of hand and power tools,perform proper maintenance on tools and equipment
• Be comfortablewith heights including ladders, scaffolds, etc
• Troubleshootissues- at MC and on-site (must be willing to travel totroubleshoot issues on-site

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drugscreen and background check
• 5 years Carpentry experiencepreferred
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measure, workingknowledge of construction math, carpentry, hand/power tools, drywall installation
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated, willingnessto perform all tasks
• Perform job specific physical requirementsunder the specified working conditions including but not limitedto: o work on knees, conduct overhead work for extended periods,climbing, balancing, standing, lifting 50lbs, working outside whennecessary
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, includingweekends and have timely transportation
