Montgomery, AL 36104 Job Summary We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Construction Help. This role is essential for supporting various construction projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Assist in various construction tasks including trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and plaster work. Support the restoration of structures and surfaces as needed. Engage in frame carpentry and concrete forming activities. Utilize power tools safely and effectively under supervision. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Experience or knowledge in trim carpentry, cabinet installation, plastering, restoration, frame carpentry, concrete forming, and stucco work is preferred. Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
