Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction of custom log homes, cabins, and other structures according to blueprints and specifications. Perform tasks such as log stacking, carpentry work, framing, roofing, and interior finishing. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as necessary. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

Previous experience in carpentry, construction, electrical and plumbing. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects. Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques. Reliable transportation to and from job sites; valid driver’s license preferred. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Must be able to travel and be away from home for extended periods. Must be able to pass a background and drug test Principals only.
