• Position Summary:

• The Skilled Tradesman is responsible for the work activities in one ormore of the following skilled trades; HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, andAir Conditioning), Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, and Mechanical. Thisposition is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institutionpolicy.::::::::: section::: {tabindex=”0″}

• Duties & Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the vision and guiding principles of the Finance and Administration Division
• Completes general carpenter construction projects
• Completes carpenter maintenance repairs
• Prepares reports/work orders and other paperwork
• Adhere to Arkansas State University’s safety policies and procedures and manufacturer’s safety instructions
• Other duties as assigned::::::
