⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Carpenter/Handyman Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity (Manchester/ East Hartford) compensation: $16
- 20/hr employment type: job title: Handyman Part-time to Fulltime We are looking to hire a dependable part-time to a future full-time Handyman/Carpenter, who can quickly grow with our rental portfolio to maintain our properties located in Manchester and East Hartford.
You are expected to help with turning vacant units quickly, doing anything from cleaning to painting to carpentry repairs. This is a long term opportunity. An ideal candidate is someone who is capable of doing some or all of the following: 1. Carpentry work
- installation of cabinets, countertop, doors, sheetrock repair/install 2. Light Plumbing
- change toilet, vanity, faucets 3. Light Electrical
- change outlets, light fixtures 4. Painting 5. Flooring
- vinyl plank/ceramic tiles install Some experience in carpentry, simple plumbing, and simple electrical is needed to be hired for this position. Please call at 860-655-9104 to inquire about the position. Hourly wage for this position is between $16
