Duties:

• Assist carpenters in various tasks such as measuring, cutting, and shaping materials
• Assist with door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture installation
• Help with drywall installation and repair
• Assist with masonry work, including mixing and applying mortar
• Aid in water damage restoration and restoration projects
• Assist with construction painting and finishing tasks
• Help fabricate and assemble wooden structures or components
• Use power tools and hand tools under the supervision of a carpenter “`

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a carpenter helper or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
