Lead Carpenter:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter who brings not only technical excellence but also a leadership mindset to the jobsite. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day site activities, guide and mentor carpentry team members, and collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality results. This is an opportunity for an experienced builder who is ready to take the next step in leading crews, coordinating trades, and setting the pace for top-tier craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret architectural drawings and construction documents to plan and lead project execution. Execute and supervise a broad range of carpentry tasks, including framing, siding, drywall, windows, doors, interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, and millwork. Lead the daily operations of the jobsite, including scheduling, delegating tasks, and maintaining progress toward project milestones. Act as the primary on-site contact, coordinating with subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and project managers. Ensure all work meets or exceeds building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations. Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and learning by training apprentices and coaching less experienced carpenters. Identify potential issues early and communicate effectively to resolve them with minimal disruption to workflow.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Deep knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and code compliance. Proficient with all hand and power tools related to the trade. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve on-site and work independently with minimal oversight. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Why Join Us?
