Job requirements:
minimum 3 years experience performing handyman work, commercial/ residential painting, or commercial/residential carpentry as appropriate. Must have at least basic skills in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, countertop repair and installation, masonry, and cabinet work for handyman. Skills in multiple areas are a plus. More advanced skills are a plus. Must have an active driver’s license and their own reliable transportation. Must have your own phone.
