The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement and a strong background in various remodeling tasks. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming residential spaces through renovations and upgrades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Execute remodeling projects including kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions, and general home improvements. Perform tasks such as plastering, tile laying, cabinet installation, and construction painting with precision and attention to detail. Replace faulty water lines and drains. Install Bathtubs and Shower Pans Framing, Sheetrock and Backer Board Installation Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete various construction tasks. Manage construction sites by ensuring safety protocols are followed and maintaining a clean work environment. Experience Proven experience in remodeling or construction is essential; familiarity with residential projects is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the remodeling industry. Experience with plastering, cabinet installation, tile laying, concrete forming, roofing, and construction painting is highly desirable. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is an asset. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
